Pe scurt, un loc minunat in care am fi vrut sa mai stam.Felicitari proprietarilor pentru bunul gust , atentia la detalii si mai ales pentru amabilitate si disponibilitate. Aproape de mare , de restaurante si supermarket, locul are o energie speciala atat de rar intalnita in vacante.

Ottima posizione, fra Grosseto e il mare (entrambi a neanche 10 min), nella pace della campagna alle porte del Parco della Maremma. Appartamento bello, comodo, funzionale all'interno di un vecchio podere ora adibito a struttura ricettiva. Il giardino che circonda le case è magico, cosparso di attrezzi agricoli di altri tempi, con grandi pini e belle piante che donano ombra, fresco, silenzio. Sofia e la sua mamma sono accoglienti, gentili, appassionate del loro lavoro e della loro terra. I consigli sul cibo, sui luoghi, sulle attività sono stati molto utili e le sorpresine culinarie super buone e gradite (complimenti anche al babbo!). Salcino ci è rimasto nel cuore.

Beautiful, clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Location in Grosseto countryside is peaceful enough and quiet, but still close to everything - meaning the city of Grosseto and the nearby beaches in Principina a Mare. Very friendly and helpful hosts (Simonetta and her daughter Sofia). Certainly it was the place you might dream of returning some day to spend your holidays there.

Everything was perfect except for the very soft mattress in our bed we were not accustomed to. Otherwise I might for sure give 10 points score.

Sofia is a great host and the palce is perfect, either for a short or a long stay. Theres a very nice bedroom, a modern bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, as well as a nice place to sit or eat outside. I wish we could stay longer. The beach is 5- minutes away by car, the historic city of Castigione della Pescaia - 15 minutes, the large supermarket in Grosseto -- 5 minutes. highly recommended!
