"Two night stay for attending the nearby university"

It's very uncommon for me to give full marks to a place but this place is totally unique, few hundreds of meters from the nearby university, highest point in Ancona with an historic landmark inside the propery and a rare within-the-town farmhouse whose products you can taste for breakfast ... and also the room is bigger than a standard junior suite and has a very large bathroom with both shower and bath tub! You can even have a run within the propery, with a super view on both the sea side and land side of ancona.

Absolutely nothing, although should I apply my mistery-guest mind I could downgrade my 10 to a 9.9 or 9.8 to very minor cracks in the bathroom wall, practically unnoticeable to the naked eye if not as with the mind of reviewing a 5* hotel

"Come sentirsi a casa."

La location in collina/campagna,situata comunque nella zona molto vicina alla città e’ perfetta per vivere in mezzo alla natura senza stress. La signora Barbara e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e super ospitali. La struttura è pulita, bellissima e silenziosissima. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Niente, e’ stato tutto stupendo, una boccata di serenità
