The location was fantastic. the property is located in the serene environment with a fantastic view of the mountains. The dogs are lovely and friendly. The wall hangings in the room are fabulous. The property manager was fantastic, welcoming and engages easily with guests. I will stay at the property in my next visit. The kitchen facilities in the room are fantastic. The property has a mini shop with all the necessary basic which provides convenience due to the distance from shops.

The bed and the headboard made annoying noises with every movement or turn. This is something that can be addressed. The cleaning staff needs to be trained and supervised as the room amenities showed signs of neglect. The toilet bowl has brown discoloration all round suggesting cleaning gaps. Shower compartment tiles have accumulated dust that falls off easily when moved. Termites spreading behind the fridge showing gaps in cleaning and lack of escalation to management.

Looks just like the photos, far enough out of Nelspruit to enjoy the quiet but close enough to drive in.

The property has potential but unfortunately, the water situation was a major issue during our stay. The gas geyser didn’t heat the water properly, making showers very uncomfortable. Water pressure/plumbing is a problem because as soon as you flush a toilet it takes time for water to flow from kitchen/bathroom taps. For winter months I would recommend more blankets or thicker duvets as it was quite chilly.
