It is beautiful and peaceful! Loved our stay! Definitely going back for another visit!

The view was great, the staff and other guest were great, environment was nice

Saw a scorpion lol , but on a serious note just heard once of the friendly staff members was leaving after she had made us very comfortable and welcome when we arrived.

Secluded , away from the busyness of the city.

Was not properly pet friendly. Owner lives onsite and has several dogs. The assumption is that his dogs which are completely free roaming will get along with any other dog and that was not the case. Out of the 15 units are fenced in and the rest are not but they advertise all is pet friendly. The 3km gravel road although mentioned in the questions section of the website does not properly mention that it is a climb to the actual location. The main road is also unlit and quite dangerous in that nobody sticks to a speed limit and turning onto this road can be quite hectic. The facilities in the room were also not great, the hot water is not balanced in the shower so you either have a very cold shower or get burnt, had cold showers throughout my stay, freezer of the fridge was frozen and we did not use it until I complained to be able to put my meat in, it should have been checked and ensure was defrosted before we checked in, Aircon is not suitable for the room we started in , especially with 45 degree heat, we wanted to break but the braai area is at the pool which is shared by all the rooms hence no privacy to be able to do your own braai, our room was next to the owners house and he had guests visiting and we could hear all the noise from his guests in our room, also on our last night of stay, a thunderstorm knocked out some of the power and we literally had no power as he has no form of back up, emergency lights, etc, also Nelspruit continues to load shed which shocked us and they do so without warning so when that happens , there are is no back up of any kind in the room. Overall for the money I paid, it was value , but still the hot water, power, pet friendly and Aircon should be available as indicated irrespective of the price paid.

The bed wasn’t good for my back. Difficult to properly shave with the basin and mirror on 2 different sides and no light at the mirror. Could invest in a aircon for that room.
