Im Restaurant war der Service sehr mittelmäßig. Das Fleisch und die Pasta wurden teils nur lauwarm serviert. Whrscheinlich fehlte Personal oder Ausrüstung in der Küche. Der pesce fritto ist für ein gutes Restaurant unwürdig. Bitte bessere Rezepte anwenden. Falls es regnensollte, wo ist ein Aufenhaltssalon??? Wir hatten schönes warmes Wetter und waren auf der Terrasse.

Lage und Ambiente

Im Vergleich zur Weinprobe 2023 war diese nicht ansprechend. Es wurde viel über die Betriebe berichtet, aber ganz wenig über die angebotenen Weine. Beim Dinner wurden die Speisen zu kalt serviert.

Emplacement fabuleux une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. La table est très bonne et le spa très agréable.

The staff were fantastic, the food was excellent as was the wine.

Had a bad experience on the night of our anniversary. The hotel was catering for a very large family celebration and were obviously under staffed. We basically got forgotten and the meal took 3 and a half hours. We complained and did not have to pay for the meal. The manageress, even though we were there for a week, never approached us and spent her time sucking up to others. I came back with a bad ear infection, I assume I got it by using the pool. Nowhere to sit outside that was comfortable other than some broken chairs. The shower in the room was one of those cramped cheap plastic ones. Menu limited and I wished the chef could have done a couple of specials. The room felt cramped and was not the best layout for a stay of mor than 2 days. We even spent a night in Turin at extra cost to have a break away from the place.
