"A perfect Tuscan experience"

Excellent location in extremely beautiful countryside. Nice staff, lovely room. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Bed frame made loads of noise. It was antique and pretty, but very noisy.

The property is an immaculate old farmhouse that is set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, amongst ancient olive trees with every comfort you could think of. It doesn’t get more authentic than this!

Close to Pienza, this amazing house is absolutely stunning. The hosts were so helpful and provided an exceptional guidebook to help us make the most of this stunning area of Tuscany. Fabulous seating areas around the property to enjoy the amazing views.

No air-conditioning. However, the ceiling fan did a great job to keep the room cool.

"Avoid Cretaiole"

The location was beautiful.

The property manager, Fernanda, was very rude. Firstly, we smelled gas, and she wouldn’t answer texts or calls about it. Then, on the last day there, she told us we must pay in cash. Obviously, we didn't have 1,000 euros cash, but we went into town and got all we could. She then started to shout at us and absolutely ruined our vacation. I will never go back to Italy again.

"I would not stay again in the summer and would not recommend the property during the summer"

The room was very clean and well appointed.

It was so hot in the room, making it impossible for sleep or just moving about the room in the day. I would suggest more fans that could be plugged in right next to the bed, in the bathroom etc. one ceiling fan just didn’t put out enough air.
