Vila Marim Country Houses

Beautiful property with an exceptional view. Very friendly staff and they did their best to keep the homes clean, even though there were only one or two of them present. Breakfast was very nice.

The fact that there’s a stove but you cannot use it, bothered us. The kitchen is not very well equipped (there were no bowls for salads for example, so we used a bucket from the kids). We had ants everywhere on the ground floor (they were already present when we arrived), so that we couldn’t leave anything lying on the floor unless we wanted it to be full of ants a few hours later. We wanted to have drinks on the terrace above the pool in the evening but the waterfall by the pool was so loud and seems to have been running all night, so that you had trouble having a normal conversation. Even though it’s a small property, there were not enough sun loungers and chairs, and some people got annoyed that we took “their” spot.

O alojamento não tem bar de piscina como é referido! Não tem nenhum bar onde se possa adquirir comida ou bebida.

Het uitzicht was prachtig en je kon door de wijngaard wandelen. Heerlijk zwembad en lekker ontbijt, ook op terras mogelijk. Wij hadden de studio:: lekker ruim maar helaas geen uitzicht over de wijngaard.

We misten koffie//thee faciliteiten. Wel borden/bestek/kopjes maar geen pannen. Wat gek is, want er is wel een aanrechtje met inductiekookplaatje. Jammer dat er bij de accommodatie niet iets is als bijvoorbeeld een automaat met snacks en drankjes. Buiten receptietijden en ontbijt geen service.

Do facto dos quartos não terem frigorífico, penso que é uma falha tendo em conta que não há bar nem serviços a partir do meio da tarde.
