Staff, wine, surroundings, experience.

Not a biggie, but our room (no 5 or 7) was on the corner next to the kitchen, so the staff started to make some noise from 6 in the morning. Which is understandable, but a bit distracting. In case you have a chance, try to get a room in another wing ;)
