ZAZAWe had such a lovely stay! The cottage was easy to find and the place was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Our host suggested the Winter Festival in Haenertsburg, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The rooms were clean and cosy, and the fireplace made our chilly weekend feel warm and special.

Old furniture and lack of back-up during power outages
ZALovely place to stay, neat and beautiful location.
The entrance is a bit unsafe, as you turn from the highway into a small gravel entrance.
ZAThe 2-bedroom cottage we stayed in was very spacious with a view over the Lake. Safe parking. Smart TV on which we could watch rugby. Heaters kept us warm and there was a spacious indoor braai area. The hostess is highly responsive and we were met by a staff member on arrival.

Didn’t know to bring fire lighters with, but managed to find a bunch of small sticks from the garden to get it started. Ran out of firewood. Wall heaters are damaged, was nervous to use them.
ZAThe property was clean, and homey. It was spacious and ideal for a group or even a couple. Would have loved to stay longer. Was very comfortable too.
