Agriturismo Alveare

Julia was the most amazing host in a beautiful location . We had a lovely few days and really did not want to leave . Delicous breakfast outside with stunning views . Thank you so much ! Our best stay in Italy !

Incredibly quiet location, you can see all the stars on the night sky, there is no light smog at all. You can meet deers, they have dogs, cats. Family that owns this was very friendly. The breakfast was every day different, but all the same time perfect and tasty. We have had real local cusine made by Guilia and her mom. Recommend to all who are tired from crowdy beach cities or resorts with the unstopable music...and people walking around. And restaurants (osterias) just 15 mins walk within the deserted area full of olive trees were again local, tasty and especially Osteria Antica very good price- quality ratio.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room & en-suite bathroom in a gorgeous rural location. Giulia and her mum were perfect hosts - so friendly & hospitable - we loved chatting with them! The surrounding area is beautiful and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We saw fire flies & deer during our short stay of one night which added to the magic. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

hosts are very friendly. we felt welcome and cozy. breakfast is amazing, one of the best breakfast’s we had. We can highly recommend staying there.

Very unique stay in the mountains, beautiful and cozy room recently renovated, very nice hosting family, Giulia and Roberto are lovely people who made sure that we had the nicest stay possible, breakfast was freshly prepared and very good!

Keep in mind, cell reception and wifi are not very reliable in this area, the location is up the hill and the old stone walls are thick

The stay at Alveare was a wonderful experience. An authentic family owned agricultural house bedded between the mountains. The place was very clean and the charming hosts, Giulia and her family were very nice. The atmosphere was friendly and open. The diverse breakfast was simply delicious. The 5Min drive to town/beach didn’t bother us at all as the small road passing an orphaned castle was an experience on its own and it was nice to be a bit outside of the busy town.

For this rate I would have expected a towel exchange at least once. The agritourismo is perfect for active couples who want to enjoy the great breakfast and then head up for day activities - for couples who seek quite and privacy it might not be the perfect place (noise isolation). Nevertheless it is a very peaceful and relaxing location.
