ZAZABreakfast was excellent and served timeously every day. The accommodation arranged shuttles for us for the weekend functions we had to attend which was very helpful. The rooms were serviced when we were out so as not to inconvenience us, which I appreciated.
The lock on our room door was very tricky to open. The directions were a little bit tricky as they said not to follow the GPS location, however ours was accurate and we did a 40 minute detour.

Only minor issue was that the rooms are not sound proof at all. Fortunately other the guests were relatively quiet.

Checking in they lost our booking, no clear process but they did manage to sort us out. Cutlery could be updated as there were some things missing

The steps in our unit were definitely not suited for elderly or those with a mobility challenge (the stairs are uneven, so even if you’re able bodied, take care).

ZAWe booked an Easter Vacay for our parents to spend quality time with our toddler, and we were simply amazed by the breathtaking views and the kindness of the owners and staff at the Manor. Nicky messaged me the moment my booking was done and provided detailed directions to get to the location from both JHB and DBN as we were travelling from 2 different locations as well as the weather forecast for our stay. We booked the family room and the black king room, and both rooms were immaculate with shiny floors, fresh white linen and a beautiful aroma in the air. The rooms and bathrooms are very modern and clean. We were greeted by Nicky and her warm smile, gorgeous 4 legged fur babies who were so calm and gentle with our little boy. The garden is amazing, the property has stunning views and is VERY well kept. The owner, Aunt Ingrid, is so sweet and precious, God bless her kind heart. We braai'd on the first night, they have a weber which we used. On the 2nd afternoon we cooked a delicious Durban Curry on the fire. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared with love. They also allowed us to cut fresh lemon and lime off the trees to take home. We set up an Easter Egg Trail in the garden for our little boy, which he absolutely adored. Our entire family enjoyed our trip and we highly recommend this property and hosts. If you're looking for luxurious Midlands getaway at an affordable price, this is your go to place!!
