Strawberry King Resort

It is a very nice resort The location is very nice The staff is very supportive And the best man is Sachinbhai who is the manager there. To be honest, I have never seen such a nice person in the hotel business, he will provide anything you ask for. They made our Kathiyawadi test food in our style and made our trip amazing. If you are planning to visit Mahabaleshwar, try staying at the Strawberry King Resort once.

The road to the resort is a bit tuff for about 100 meters. Everything else is great.

The property is good and very good for staycation with family But you need be a good driver to reach the property as last 100 meters will test your driving skills

I would request to put a better sign board on main road for ease of getting in to the property

The place was very nice, cozy and beautiful. Really liked the breakfast it was delicious also the lawn area is excellent making it very homely and peaceful. The mountain view and the strawberry garden is surreal. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Could work more on cleanliness and hygiene.

The location of resort is excellent.

On arrival, there was mud and dust in Reception counter stairs, compoud, balconies. No arrangement of hot water for driver hence in the morning forced to accomodate in our room for freshen up. On extra bed was parked in our room 2005 without our request. Bathroom window is covered with polythene. In balcony a table with broken glass and four different style chairs provided. Looking glass of room number 2003 was shabby. There is no network available in the resort and one can only rely on WhatsApp. On check out we were forced to pay the amount in cash and no bill provided, on GST collection they refused to provide bill and money receipt and on spot informed that they are not having GST number. The reception counter is not properly manned with educated staff.
