Absolutely incredible stay! Stunning views of the Tuscan countryside and their families olive farm! It was everything we were looking for on our vacation. The inside of the villa was just as beautiful and offered a large living room as well as bedroom. Sabrina was absolutely amazing and super friendly! We hope to be back soon!

Great location in the heart of Tuscany. Amazing views, relaxing environment in a family run farm. The house was clean with all necessary facilities and Sabrina responded promptly to any queries. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay!

We had great time such a great time at pescaia, In the beginning we made a reservation but than we read some comments about the temperature of the rooms, the low WI Fi and the mattress quality. Somehow we decided to come anyway, honestly the WI Fi was really low - and only functioned from a specific point of the room, and also the bed mattress was from the soft kind, which means that it was pretty Shakey. As for the heat we found a well heated room (we came on March). It is true that this place is not for everyone - I would say it would correspond more with nature and culture lovers who wouldn't mind to hear roaster wake up at 4 am (but hi, it is a country side after all) Saying all that I must say that that the resort itself was incredible, the landscape was heart opening - all green and beautiful, just like you would expect from Toscana and all was just outside the door. The facilities and house simple style were nice and gave a true Toscana feeling, and the host family were so lovely, accessible and always willing to help. Also the beautiful town montepulciano was really great to have close by. We came for 2 nights and ended up with 4 nights.Best honey moon ever.

Low wi fi, Over soft beds

Great location , lovely view . The owners were lovely people , made me wish I could speak Italian so that I could chat with the grannies :)

Wish there was a dishwasher , it is not a deal breaker in anyway but for those like us whom mostly eat at home it would be wonderful .

Lovely setting on a family farm very helpful hosts. Very clean property with everything you need provided.

Beds were a little uncomfortable for my husband and I and we found it hard to sleep , shower was very small and hard to shower in. Low season so most things in montepulciano and smaller towns were all closed and nothing to do with, so we went to sienna for the day trip.

Location was great - nice and peaceful and just a few minutes from the town center

The access road can be a bit dodgy after rain, but that’s the whole area
