Bardzo czysto. Bezpłatny parking. Miły gospodarz. Ciasto na powitanie.

Twardy materac. Obiekt agroturystyczny a w cenie hotelu 4****. UWAGA! Dopisuję dalszą część opinie ze względu na nękanie mnie przez właściciela. Po ocenie pobytu u niego na 9 i wystawieniu opinii gospodarz poczuł się obrażony. Wypisuje do mnie na whatsapp od kilku dni. On nie rozumie chyba, ż3 moim prawem jako gościa jest wystawienie opinii. I robię to zgodnie z moimi odczuciami. On chyba uważa, że jego lokal jest idealny i zasługuje na 10. Oceniłem, że stosunek jakości do ceny nie jest dobry ponieważ w okolicy są hotele ze śniadaniem za taka cenę. Na co stwierdził, że powinienem nie wybierać jego agroturystyki i iść do hotelu 4****. Teraz żałuje , że tego nie zrobiłem. Widać , że ten człowiek pojęcia nie ma o prowadzeniu hotelu i kulturze oraz nie przyjmuje żadnej krytyki. RADZĘ UNIKAĆ JEGO AGROTURYSTYKĘ. To po prostu rolnik z ambicjami a nie hotelarz. On nie chce nic poprawić , żeby było lepiej on wymusza dobre opinie.

What a little gem. Great appartement: spacious, clean, well equiped. The nonna made us some awesome cakes and we got vegetables from her garden. Nice swimming pool, play area for the kids (ping ping, basketball, soccer area,...) but our kids loved the farm animals the most. The location is perfect to visit Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza,... The owners are beyond kind and helpful. We arrived with a flat tire and Luigi went to the garage to collect everything to fix it himself. We are definitely coming back.

Great farmstay for a family. Our two young daughters loved the place and were very sad to leave. The owners, Luigi and Natasha are warm, friendly and very hospitable. A great place to tour southern Tuscany area from. Great outdoors facilities, Modern kitchen.

Had a slight issue with the heating. Was solved with the help of the owners. The 2 rooms were separated by a curtain.

The kindness of the hosts, especially Nonna Dina. She baked a cake for us and showed the animals to our daughter. We visited in winter and even so we managed to enjoy the surroundings and play soccer outside. Will definitely come back in a warmer season.

Beautiful and calm place, super nice host, clean apartment, well equipped garden for kids. We would be happy to book again.

Very good parking possibilities. Excellent service received with fast response. Great place to stay at on the countryside but still close to two smaller villages. Cortona is a very nice town in the evening. Thanks Luigi with family for a great stay!

I would have rated it 10 if the washing machine been inside the apartment.
