Hospitality and everything was perfect. Great location. Most peaceful stay I had.

Clean green environment, very kind, friendly and helpful proprietors. We were well catered for, including unlimited bottles of water and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation central for our requirements with safe and secure parking. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was in a perfect place for exploring the area especially Venice . Easy to get too by bus

Excellent location, twenty minutes from Venice and 30 minutes from Treviso Airport. Complete silence, perfect for a comfortable stay. Exemplary cleanliness and delicious breakfast. Marino helped us with all the necessary information about transport and what we can visit in Venice. We will return to this place in the future.

Charming location, nice and big rooms with all you need. Also good breakfast with sweets baked by the owner's wife :) We had a nice stay! Easy acces to Venice, we received all the info we neeeded from the owner.

Very helpful and kind owner. We stayed for a week and were upgraded to a huge room free of charge. Quiet area, great bed for good sleep. Breakfast was also of high quality. Bottled water free of charge 24/7. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and everything was spotlessly clean all the time. Great location - situated near access road between two large highway interchanges. You can get anywhere very quickly, whether it be a sub 10 minute drive to Venice parking just before the bridge or if you want to explore Padova or Verona - you are never stuck in traffic, as you exit the street directly onto the access road. Free parking on the property and remote control for the electrically operated gate was provided.

No ventilation system at all and opening the windows is a bad idea due to the mosquitos. This makes getting fresh air difficult. Shower could have a thermostatic regulator, but there were no major issues with pressure or temperature. Still 10/10 due to exceptional value for money.
