Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful gardens around the main building, which is also well presented. The property offers views of the Tuscan landscape.

The cottage we stayed in smelled so badly of smoke that despite airing it for hours once we arrived, we had to leave early and only stayed for one night. The lighting in the kitchen was terrible (the light in the oven overhead fan was broken and there was only one ambient light for the room so it was very hard to cook. The utensils were dirty, as were the walls. The television was above the fridge so had we wanted to stay in and watch television, it would have not really been possible. The decor was aged badly. Despite staying at a farm, there wasn’t any olive oil provided for the kitchen and the salt and sugar were still in their paper containers, closed with a plastic peg. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place smelt so bad we left and went to another place that was amazing and was cheaper by €100. I’d probably give this accomodation a slightly higher score, had it not cost €260 (euros) a night

Quite & very relaxing. Well maintained & picturesque, beautiful views. Very spacious suite. & fairly close to small towns around like beautiful Pienza. Access to laundry :) Graciously Attentive host.

For the price being charged it was not a great value compared to our other stays around Tuscia, for instance it lacked basic breakfast items such as coffee which has been commonly provided at other locations. As it is an isolated location, things like coffee is a 20 min drive away from this beautiful property. Was unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned as there were hairs everywhere from other people left behind. The bed was uncomfortable & the bathroom facilities were dated for this beautiful property. Could have better cared for, for the price you pay.

Beautiful property. Everything I imagined when booking an agroturismo in Tuscany with a pool. Great views of sunrise and sunset. Peaceful and quiet while still being only a 15 minute drive to some popular towns. Ricardo was kind and helpful when he greeted us in arrival. Very satisfied with the stay!

Bed mattress not great

The location, the view, the very kind and helpfull host, the super cute apartanent with everything you need, the pool , everything was amazing. We were sad to leave after our 6 days stay. It was like 15 min away from Pienza and 15 min from Montepulciano. It,s a place to go back to for sure!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but it would not stop us from coming back one day;)

Location was easy to drive to other villages in Tuscany. Pool was great after a day out & perfect to watch the sunset. Our separate cottage was very private.
