Le Terre di Maluk

La struttura è molto pulita , ha una bella piscina e l'area giochi dei bambini è curata. Cena a menù fisso molto buona e rapporto qualità/prezzo alto. Lo staff è educato e molto flessibile!

Zum Frühstücksbuffet konnten wir zusätzlich Brot, Schinken und Käse sowie heisse Schokolade bestellen. Sonst war ein süsses Frühstück mit Kuchen usw. und Joghurt vorhanden. Ruhige Lage mit sauberem Pool. Personal war freundlich.

Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation und Versprechungen zu Beginn bis zum 4. Tag kein Wifi im Zimmer. Ausreden: Vodafon-Problem, Agriturismo könne nichts dafür, dicke Mauern etc. Nach Installation eines Repeaters funktionierte es dann. Ein anderer lag ohne Stromkabel in der Küche ... Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit komplett blickdichten Vorhängen. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer geschlossenen Höhle! Keine Tagvorhänge. War übrigens auch im offiziellen Essraum so! 1 m vor den Fenstern befindet sich zudem ein gedeckter, mit Zeltblache verschliessbarer Sitzplatz für die Allgemeinheit mit TV. Angeblich nur für Familienfeste von Gästen usw. Da wäre dann ja wohl nicht an Schlafen zu denken! Bei geschlossener Blache rund 1 m Sicht. Zimmer gilt als "gehbehindertengerecht". Das WC kann mit Rollstuhl nicht benützt werden. Zudem wird per Plakat gewünscht, nach dem Duschen immer mit dem Dachfenster in ca. 3 m Höhe zu lüften. Es gibt aber auch auf Nachfrage hin, keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster zu öffnen! Lüften ist (auch bei intensiven Düften nach Klo-Besuch) nur via Hauptzimmer möglich. Kein Elektrolüfter. Entgegen dem Versprechen (1x Mitte Woche) wurde die Wäsche während 1 Woche nie gewechselt. Trotz diesen Reklamationen zeigte sich nie ein/e Chef/in. Der bedauernswerte Koch, irgendwie überall im Einsatz, auch draussen, musste immer den Kopf hinhalten! Das hat er immerhin sehr sympathisch gemacht. Das Restaurant war entgegen Webseite nur für vorzubestellende Mittag-/Nachtessen der Übernachtungsgäste offen, aber übrigens nicht am Sonntag (komplett geschlossen). Dafür gab es pro Tag je 2 Vorspeisen/Hauptgänge und Zutaten. Mochte man etwas nicht, so ass man 2 x das Gleiche oder musste auswärts essen gehen. Am Tag keine Getränke etc. erhältlich! In der Küche fehlte es an Einigem obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Keine Schattenparkplätze.

Except: the WIFI have to be rechecked asap It didn’t work at all in the second floor, unfortunately the people in service could do anything to fix the problem. This is not acceptable in any lodge in the world. Thanks

Modern, clean, bed and breakfast in quiet location.

Breakfast was terrible, hardly any choices, as it had been put away with 30 mins of breakfast still remaining. Only cakes and fruit juice remained. No fruit, bread, cereals, eggs, cold cuts etc, the basic breakfast in almost every bed and breakfast in europe. The pool wasn't useable for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, and when we asked if we could be discounted as it was the reason we booked the place as it had a pool, the girl replied I don't have the authority, without even trying to find an authority. We tried to use the gym and were told someone was using the spa so we couldn't use it. No real explanation why. We certainly wouldn't stay again due to the staff and management's lack of concern for the unusable facilities and the sparse breakfast on offer

Our second stay at Farmhouse Le Terre di Maluk lived up to our expectations, proving that our first visit was no fluke. The restaurant consistently delivered high-quality food, showcasing the best of the region's flavors. The farmhouse's location, though off the beaten track, was a highlight. The tranquility, combined with the picturesque surroundings, including the sunflower fields visible from our window, created an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation. The pool area was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape and a beautiful spot to soak up the sun. Despite these minor suggestions, our second visit to Farmhouse Le Terre di Maluk was a delightful experience. The combination of friendly service, delicious cuisine, stunning location, and well-maintained facilities makes it a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway. We highly recommend this hidden gem for those seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature's beauty.

While the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The beds and mattresses, while clean, were a bit too firm for our liking and could be upgraded for enhanced comfort. Additionally, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could benefit from a wider variety of options.
