"A lovely country retreat in beautiful surroundings."

We stayed for one night as it was ideal location near to Nottingham road. The rooms are big and very comfortable with king size beds and lovely decor. It was peaceful and lovely nature walks. We went to Rawdons pub for meals 5 minutes away. Can highly recommend staying here.

Lovely location. Friendly dogs. Very well oiled machine. Pub in Nottingham Road excellent.

The WiFi switched off in the morning. Instructions very clear and to the point. Stay lacked a little bit of the personal touch for me. However, for most this would suit!

Room was really lovely. There are a few gorgeous friendly Jack Russells that just make it extra wonderful. The setting is quite extraordinary. The attention to detail was delightful.

I think there could be a small honour bar. Just to have some wine, snacks. etc. as the shops are a little way away.
