Cleanliness and comfort

The rooms are large and comfortable and the grounds are picturesque, Location is great if you have a car. Views are breath taking. The staff are super helpful.

Breakfast is good but variety is a bit limited.

This place is amazing! A perfect quiet place around 10 minutes drive to Lake Garda. Would definetly reccommend staying there and take day trips to the Lake or other beautiful places nearby. Beautiful views from the villa. Great breakfast and good wine from the vineyard.

The only thing was that there aren’t AC in the apartments, but it has fans that help, but it gets a little moist in the rooms.

Our holiday at Paolos place couldn't have been better! The accommodation impressed us with the love to detail, the wonderful breakfast and above all the cleanliness. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool, hike in the mountains or visit Lake Garda - thank you Paolo for your tipps and your friendly, authentic Italian manner. We would love to come back.

The owner is friendly and place well located - near by Verona and near by the lake. Each morning is new cake for breakfast :) Honey smells nice. Also we liked driver of small tractor on that first day, then we were sitting by the pool. He came with a big cistern of chemicals SPRAYING all around some industrial pesticides ( i quess?), So he was nice enough to slow down ( not stop! :) ).. just slow down, take the mask, yeal at us ( but since he was smiling, so Its ok.) After, he put mask back on, just to continue to drive through, SPRAYING dust of some kind stuff on the grape trees. Again - Its ok, because no one is saying that we came here for Ecological Agricultural turism, anyway...Anyway, my wife, my 2 kids and me, yes, we DID like that experience, no doubt! :) And I like, that my boys needed to clean swimmin pool from the bugs - I like that they have sport/job activities! ( pool is located between the fields of the grape trees, so no wonder they are full of live creatures ! :)

High voltage electric cables goes right above the house - so then you sitting near by the pool, you hear constant sound of electric charge. And if you get room on the top floor - at the night you will be not able to sleep because the sound of roof "whispering". ( Its the sound from the temperature on the roof - at night its colder, so its shrinking, and then sun goes up, its warming - non stop shattering/whispering/cracing sound all night long :).. And the bugs, of couse the big bugs: 1 per 1 window per 1 day. But thats the part of the "Agricultural experience", so no big complain. Big pile of dung, ( of couse you dont see that from the pictures on booking.. but you see that from the window of your room. Strong smell time from time - but again thats not compain. Normally we would take it as a part of "Agricultural experience" and no complain would be written there. But one thing that changed my mind, and thats why I wrote all this: At the end of the stay, we were asked to pay for 4 towels 60 euros. Because, first night, 3 oclok at the morning, then our child was sick and throwing up- we deared to clean the bathroom floor. Mind you- it was only 1 rull of toilet paper in the bathrom.. for 4 person :)...) And of couse, some towels are not washing up now, I quess? And we do not mind to compensate that, but not to pay full amound like it was new. We were sick (virus ??) 3 days in the row, just laying inside the appartament. And we not complaining about that, but I know what I would have done in this situation if I was the owner - On the last day I would present glass of honey ( they do have good honey), as a gift, saying: This is for you, hope you will feel better. And there is laying 4 towels, we could not use anymore.. what we shoud do about that? And I would be the first to suggesting to compensate somehow that.. Anyway. The place is ok, I quess they try best they can.

I liked everything about this stay! Great host, comfy bed, amazing homemade breakfast and locally produced wine, and the surrounding nature! Paolo is the nicest person I've ever met! He was so accommodating and helpful during our stay! Our bedroom is spacious and very clean! The B&B is in a tranquil location near lake Garda and there is a very nice local restaurant within 5 minutes walk from the farm.

The property is very picturesque. Paolo and his wife were very attentive and gracious hosts who helped with anything we needed. Local homemade breakfast daily was delicious. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Italy.
