The building and grounds were sublime; just the building itself was a treat, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and all the facilities on offer were excellent. We ate at the adjoining restaurant and highly recommend it.

Our mattress was quite thin and springy, and the frame was very noisy indeed. You couldn't cough or roll over without causing a commotion and worrying about disturbing other guests. Also, it would have been lovely to have access to tea/coffee/water in our room, although the kitchen was not far away.

We liked the pool!

We didn’t like the attitude of the staff, especially in the restaurant! We choose this place for a part of our honeymoon but we were really disappointed. They need to work on their behavior!!!

Fabulous renovation of a historic ptoperty. Spectacular views, beautiful infinity pool, and a spacious room with a large window with a view of surrounding hills. A magical place to stay and relax. Kudos to Sarah and all if the staff.

The gravel road to Rignana is curvy and narrow - not for the faint of heart! Rope handrails on the steep stone stairs to the first floor bedrooms are difficult for older guests, but we mastered them!
