Very clean. Ample parking. Easy to find; on a good road. Very comfortable apartment (living/dining/kitchen with balcony, separate bedroom with bathroom, bathroom) for our family. We were in the Friuli Venezia Giulia to visit several cities and this was a good central location. Very good restaurant on site. Rooms are above restaurant but restaurant noise did not bother us at all. Beautiful views. Very close to Slovenia border; we walked there one morning to take photos at the border. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would 110% like to stay here again.

nice hotel in wineyards. Lovely breakfast and great dinners - homemade food and wine. Rebula was perfect.
