Cascina Delle Rose

Location is magical, the wineyard and the view from the windows. As we arrived there were lovely suprises for the breakfast that we were not expecting. The host was very welcoming and helpful with everything. Even laminated eating suggestions! And to top it all of the wine your was icing on the cake!

Riccardo was the most gracious host. The property is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views, a convenient location, and wonderful rooms. I was able to run a load of laundry, there is free guest parking around back, and a lovely list of recommendations for restaurants and cafes is provided in each room. Although breakfast is not provided, there is a bar/cafe open M-F only a 200m walk away (fyi it is cash only). The room has an electric kettle & coffee maker, and there are bottles of water and local, fresh juice in the fridge. The kitchens have everything you need to cook meals (and drink wine!). Cascina delle Rose is absolutely my go-to place to stay in Barbaresco.

I have no complaints!

For a barbaresco fan you're right in the heartland with easy access to heaps of producers. Fantastic tasting experience also that I highly recommend. Riccardo is super helpful too and worth seeking out his advice definitely.

Cascina Delle Rose is amazing in every way. Comfortable- spaced apartments- with everything! Diversity with wine tasting, sun bath in the garden - or a trip to Alba - to the market. We love Cascina Delle Rose♥️

It was absolutely fantastic. The hosts are phenomenal and welcoming. We had a wonderful time, especially our dog! The house is perfectly situated within the vineyards. So we were able to have a different hike everyday.

What a great find! The accommodations were very comfortable and perfect for exploring Piemonte. Riccardo was fantastic - very responsive, helpful with arrangements, and couldn't have been nicer. We had a great stay. And if you're able to find his wine, buy it. It's some of the best in the area. Thank you!!

Comfortable stay in a beautiful area. Spacious apartment was furnished with high-quality electrical appliances and cutlery that made self-catering a breeze. There was a coffee making machine and kettle for making tea in each room. A breakfast basket, milk and juice was provided on check-in as the property does not provide food/breakfast. Riccardo will send you a list of restaurants in the area to visit. The family are friendly and we enjoyed their cellar tour and wine tasting a lot, the passion of the family for the wine they make is palpable. All their small production is already pre-committed so don’t count on being able to buy any bottles.
