So incredible knowledagble and well spirited, the staff is the best part of this lovely resort. They're willing to share and work tirelessly for you. It's truly remarkable.

I can't complain about anything really, and if I had to point to one this, there is water access on the property but its nothing really spectacular. However its not really an issue, you can get around easily enough.

Owner and staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic.

We stayed in Ginestre and found the lack of sofa/sitting area uncomfortable for a week long stay - especially because we had bad weather and we were indoors more than planned. A toaster and some more things in the kitchen area would have been helpful - wine glasses, bowls, place mats etc

Very well maintained property. We stayed in a villa for 2 families. The pool is very big as well as there is a grass entrance to the lake. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

Very clean, very quiet with access to the lake. The short drive to the restaurant was easy and the food was delicious. They now have electric MTN bikes available to rent!

It is such a beautiful and well maintained property. The pool was great. It was nice to get a discount in the restaurant of Hotel Il Gabbiano too.

The mattress on the double bed was quite uncomfortable. It was thin and you could feel the springs. The single beds on the attic were more comfortable than the double bed.

These hosts stand out for their helpfulness and courage.
