"Riscaldamento a parte, per il resto è stato soddisfacente"

La proprietà e’ stata molto disponibile, l’appartamento era dotato di tutto, la cucina molto ben attrezzata

Riscaldamento Abbiamo soggiornato a fine anno con temperature che , all’esterno, hanno raggiunto 0 gradi e nei primi due giorni il riscaldamento ha funzionato male ed a singhiozzo. Il primo giorno abbiamo sofferto un freddo micidiale ed al risveglio abbiamo fatto la doccia con acqua freddissima. Poi la situazione è migliorata grazie alla continua comunicazione con la proprietà, che ha risposto sempre velocemente e cortesemente.

La signora Tiziana è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è pulita e funzionale situata in una posizione ottimale per andare a visitare tutti i bellissimi posti della valle dell’Orcia e del monte Amiata. Giudizio generale più che positivo.

"Expérience décevante compte tenu de la notation affichée."

Ce gîte comprend plusieurs logements et je ne peux commenter que le mien: studio. Certes on peut trouver des aspects positifs, mais la notation me parait très surévaluée.

Cave aménagée mal éclairée et mal ventilée. Accès étroit et peu pratique, donnant sur le parking. Assez loin de l'image qu'on se fait d'un agriturismo: gîte en bord de route, route très passante au bout du jardin. Douche particulièrement étroite, nombreuses marches entre les entrées, les sanitaires... L'isolation phonique est inexistante avec le logement situé à l'étage. Bref je suis très déçu par ce logement et je regarde avec incompréhension les notes attribuées, au moins pour mon logement.
