Lovely quiet location with stunning views.

Super cute and a short drive/vigorous walk to the town of Montefalco. Olive groves surround the property and there can sometimes be seen horses grazing there. Apparently at some times of the year you can actually help with the farm work. It was a great base for our explorations of the hill towns of Umbria. We booked the apartment with the kitchen, it had a great view and there is a fantastic butcher just up the road for all your food needs. The owner's father is extremely nice.

We didn't have a lot of direct contact with the owner. My phone didn't have internet or phone service so it's probably my fault. My brother and his wife were able to communicate with them to get the WiFi info; they booked a room as well but theirs was downstairs and they didn't find the bed very comfortable. I do enjoy cats but there were quite a few and one in particular was fairly bold and made opening the doors/windows troublesome, not to mention outdoor mealtimes. But the farmdog helped us out a bit, lol.

so charming, clean - perfect for 4 couples. Walking distance to wine tasting, no need for driving if you are used to walking

Apartment was reasonably spacious, but smallish living area. Very quiet location about 3 minutes drive from the town. The pool was great to relax at the end of a day exploring Umbria.
