We loved the old style of the property, the dining room to chill out in, the evening dinner (under the stars) was fantastic, followed by outdoor cinema. Just a wonderful experience! & of course the staff were very friendly.

We had a truly amazing stay at the Palombara. The perfect place to wind down. The staff was incredible and the food was excellent. I can only recommend everyone to stay there when in the region and would give it 12 points if I could.

"Unforgettable experience in Puglia"

This is an amazing hotel. My husband and I loved the art and plants and uniqueness of every room. The place has so much character and we loved the dinner and breakfast as well. The hotel is also located close to great wineries a short drive away. We would come back to Puglia just to visit this hotel. Thank you.
