There's a fantastic view of Etna from the room, the pool is huge and well maintained (and not too deep if you have kids), airconditioning (and heating) in room is quiet and can run whilst you sleep, and there's a fully functional fridge. Hotel restaurant is good too if you want to eat in. The number of rooms mean that it's quiet and peaceful; a good place to disconnect. A good base for visiting Etna. Staff are really nice.

"Unpleastant"

The outdoor pool was nice

Host was very unwelcoming. We asked for the bill for dinner and she came with the bill for the total of our stay (we did not even passed our first night) AC was very loud. Electrcity was not stable. It kept turning off and on. Will not recommend

"Superb"

We stayed for two nights. Accommodation is in a very quiet location with a view of Mount Etna. It is 15 minutes drive away from Etnaland park and 3 minutes drive away from the town of Paterno`. Room and the resort in general was very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and food was very good. Highly recommended for short stays.
