Very nice b&b. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was very kind and friendly. The beds themselves were nice, but the pillows were quite flat. Location was very close to a bus stop, which would easily take you to the hiking trail within 30-60 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyable B&B with authentic traditional charm. Clean and very well maintained. Hostess was lovely. Many options for breakfast. Loved the farm life - could hear the cows mooing, and resident cats are friendly.

Wir wurden nicht sehr freundlich begrüßt und allgemein kamen mir die Leute unfreundlich vor (zwar trotzdem höflich aber wir haben uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt)

The location of this place is extremely convenient, bus stop is less than 2 minutes walk from here to reach major hiking points. the rooms are clean and spacious. the staff is very helpful and kind. we had to leave early on our checkout day and they provided us with a packed breakfast bag. the breakfast spread is also amazing.

Es war sehr ruhig, das Zimmer war warm und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Sehr alte Einrichtung, müsste dringend mal renoviert werden.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hebben daar op de terugweg van een Italiaanse vakantie geslapen. Eenvoudige kamer met douche en toilet en goede bedden.

Eigenlijk niets, maar gebruik van een wasdroger zou de handdoeken wat zachter maken.

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgt. Er worden veel producten voor gebruikt uit de directe omgeving. Ook werdt er iedere dag een blaadje opgehangen met ctiviteiten in de omgeving.

Mairhof è un B&B che si trova in una costruzione indipendente nel centro del paese di Laion. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa e pulitissima. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo stile semplice e l’atmosfera familiare, come anche la buona colazione che comprendeva diversi prodotti locali e una varietà di marmellate fatte in casa. Laion si trova a circa 1100 metri di altezza sopra lo sbocco della Val Gardena nella valle dell’Isarco. E’ un paese pacifico e molto grazioso, con edifici antichi, due chiese molto belle, splendidi panorami. La sua posizione e la linea di pullman che lo collegano a Chiusa e ad Ortisei permettono di raggiungere velocemente i centri della Val Gardena e l’Alpe di Siusi o visitare le maggiori città dell’Alto Adige. Consiglio di provare i salumi prodotti della macelleria e pane e dolci del forno. Non mancano discreti ristoranti in centro paese e nelle frazioni di Ceves e San Pietro.
