The little cottage

Charming little spot close to Tauriko Crossing Mall. Seperation from owners home allowed privacy and a beautiful view from the cottage. Never got to use the private outdoor bath unfortunately!

Thin net curtains and east facing windows mean that you will wake up when the sun comes up.

I rented this cottage for my friend who was driving me to Tauranga while I had surgery and stayed overnight. She thought it was lovely and was excited about the bath she planned to have in the evening

When my friend went to run the bath, the water went cold with not more than a couple inches of water in it. She tried again in the morning and same thing, not enough warm water to get in, she was most disappointed. If the bath is only for summer with cold water it should be should be advertised as this, especially as this is the key advertising photo
