Beautifully appointed large apartment, good quality fittings

We stayed in apartment 1 on the ground floor of the main house. While a great deal of money has been spent on this place, it is sorely let down by a lack of ventilation to create a breeze through the large apartment. It was very hot inside when we arrived. The air conditioner battled to keep the bedroom cool but would never be able to cool the whole apartment. Cannot recommend it as anything other than an overnight stop. It could do with a swimming pool to make it a more attractive option in this heat. The town definitely needs to make some changes. We left a day earlier than booked.

We had a very good overnight stay, place is clean and comfortable.

There was a confusion about how many rooms I had booked, even though I got specific confirmation from Booking.com In the end, one of the kids had to sleep on the couch, as I had booked 2 chalets with 2 rooms each, and they for some reason only had us down for one chalet. In the end they gave us an additional one room chalet, but we had paid for 2 two-room chalets.

The location is good.

The road towards the guesthouse is not car friendly. And the bees, its a chellen ge at night with the bees.
