100 % Weiterempfehlung ! Beste Anmietung. Vermieter war sehr korrekt und unkompliziert. Vermietung + Unterkunft + Lage = 100 % Alles war sehr entspannt und sehr Gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Struttura nuova, camere moderne, ben arredate, pulite e ben attrezzate, corrispondono alle foto. Zona tranquilla, fuori dal paese ma abbastanza vicino alle spiagge. Ci hanno ben accolto anche se abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima, Il gestore anche se non era presente ci ha lasciato chiavi e info.

L'esterno è un pò trascurato, i patii esterni ad uso privato sul retro delle camere sono molto belli e offrono più privacy rispetto alla zona antistante che è ad uso comune, ma sono mal tenuti...posso capirlo anche perchè abbiamo soggiornato fuori stagione - fine ottobre - ma non è comunque una buona pubblicità per la struttura

"Smerig"

Smerige plek. Ze wassen alleen het bovenste gedeelte van het bed. Wanneer je onder de laken kijkt ligt de matrasbeschermer vol met haren en een aantal pisvlekken. De eigenaar zei dat ze dit niet iedere keer wassen ik ik niet moest zeuren. Hij was gelijk beledigd en had geen andere kamer. We zijn weggegaan. Ik zou hier niet heen gaan. Ziet er leuk uit van ver maar verre van mooi.

"The place to be a La Caletta."

Immobile in posizione comoda sia alla spiaggia che al centro. Pulito, nuovo, materasso ottimo, cucina attrezzata, bagno con bellissima doccia e parcheggio molto agevole. Giardino circostante molto gradevole così come il pergolato. Splendido soggiorno a prezzo giusto.

"Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial nach oben"

Die Unterkunft (Wohnung) ist sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich gut eingerichtet. Francesco war gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung könnte besser ausgestattet sein (Geschirr, Toaster, usw.) und auch sauberer sein Generell wirkt die Anlage etwas unfertig, der Garten hinten ist sehr schön, vorne liegt teilweise auch Schutt. Die Rezeption war etwas chaotisch. Es war auch nicht wirklich klar, ob Handtücher gewechselt werden, auf Nachfrage haben wir neue bekommen. Es war angegeben, dass das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar ist. Dass die Qualität aber so schlecht ist, hätte man vorher eigentlich wissen müssen. Das Wasser hat übel gerochen und hatte bräunliche Ablagerungen :(
