"Owner always courteous and helpful. Even though we arrived late they prepared a nice meal on our arrival ."

Clean Quiet location beautiful views

Nothing I didn’t like but suggestion to Possibly have small fridge for drinks and tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms or outside the 4 rooms in communal area. Then I’d give it 10 !!!

Excellent breakfast provided. Beautiful views of countryside. Exceptionally nice family service. Rooms are very secure and entire property is perfectly maintained.

Wish I could have communicated better. I should speak a little Italian.

Very nice facility, in a beautiful natural landscape. The owner is attentive, open for chats, customer oriented. Breakfast included is very rich, providing also “local” fruits from the trees of the estate. Would stay again for sure
