I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They initially agreed to cancel my reservation and promised a partial refund. However, they kept delaying the process for several days. Each time, they asked me to come back the next day, claiming they would return part of the money, but every time I arrived, there was no one available. This happened three days in a row! Their behavior was completely dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against booking this place.
