The owners are great. Lovely people. Nice swimming pool with great view and a nice breeze. Great location. The owners host a lovely dinner and breakfast. Great authentic Sicilian place.

We found everything at Alcantara amazing. It exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful with wonderful view on the valley and Etna volcano. We enjoyed the swimming pool surrounded by the palm trees, oleanders and other lovely plants. Friendliness of Agatino and his wife, cleanliness. of the whole area especially our room. Super breakfast - homemade cake & best espresso coffee served every day ☺ He was kind enough to recommend best local attractions. He made our stay unforgettable experience. 10 out of 10. We were treated as a couple of celebrities. You're a great host, thanks again!

My breakfast and evening meal were excellent and I very much enjoyed the tremendous views of the countryside and Etna from my balcony

The steep access was a little daunting but with this comes the lovely views!

Very friendly family, Good breakfast, very beautiful location midden in the nature!

Some of the furniture could be replaced, we stayed in an an apartment with a sloping roof and had to be very careful almost in the entire apartment not to bump our heads.

Tino & Rosalba are such amazing hosts! The quaint location, extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds make you feel right at home. They went out of their way to assist us when we had an issue with the road, and they were so helpful! Also welldone to Rosalba, what a wonderful chef! Will definetely recommend!

The road leading to the location can be a bit tricky to go up if you are with a motorbike. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We stayed 7 great nights at the Alcantara Natura Country House. It was a perfect base to explore the region, with easy day trips to Mt Etna, Taormina, the beautiful Alcantara gorge and beaches at Naxos. Each day we would return to our wonderful hosts Tino and Rosalba who were very warm and accomodating. Not only did they provide a delicious freshly cooked breakfast, dinner on request, or ordering pizza delivery for us, they showed our 11 year old how to cook moorish arancini (her new favourite). They also let me and our 6 year old “help” harvest the olives on their property, a unique experience, with Tino even generously presenting a bottle of his freshly pressed olive oil to us on our departure. Needless to say their hospitality was thoughtful and genuine. The rooms were simple, but comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and playing card games in the communal patio area. Located on a steep hill (the drive in was exciting) there are great views down the valley to the Ionian Sea, as well as Mt Etna. We left with group hugs and photos with our hosts, testament of a successful stay
