The pool was actually nice and the guest friendly.

The location is a bit nowhere's land across a petrol station. That's not a problem for a short stay but the building, furniture and the whole place just very old, i would not have a problem with it, for half the price.

It was clean.

We went there specifically because it advertised a pool and AC. The pool was cloudy with algae growing on the sides, the chemicals were obviously not correct. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, so we were uncomfortable the whole night long.

On our route and was good value.

The wifi didn’t work and there’s not anything to do around the property so we played cards 🤷‍♀️ road was noisy during the night. Kinda old fashioned decor but enough beds for a family of 5 for a quick overnight stay.

The location suited us as it was close to a couple of places that we were visiting. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was great to have air conditioning! The pool looked great though unfortunately we didn’t end up using it.

The approach to our rooms was through the partially boarded downstairs of the house which felt a bit strange. The cleaning lady came in to iron downstairs in the morning when we thought we had the place to ourselves. And we had some trouble to the water supply so there was no running water in the tap or shower for about an hour!
