beautiful old property in the hills , great views, peaceful, lovely pool,

nothing, but maybe insert a clause when marketing making clear guests should bring water and supplies for breakfast , as there no store nearby

"Very quiet agriturismo a few minutes from downtown Pistoia."

Very nice view on the side of a hill populated with olive trees, located 10 minutes from downtown Pistoia. This place was super quiet and we slept very well. Our hosts were super nice!

We were a bit surprised that there was no breakfast.

Peaceful, great view, relaxed location just far enough from the popular destinations. A lot of space in the appartment and in the garden to enjoy. Kind owners always available to help out but allowing you to enjoy your space and time.

If I realy have to find something - the toilet/bathroom could be a lot more comfortable, but that comes with an old building being renewed. One cannot have everything. :) But in a perfect world, Italian highways and driving culture would make access to the nearby Florence easier. Expect serious delays on working days if you plan to visit Florence.
