The facility itself was clean and tidy, with spacious rooms with all the supplies.

Quality to price ratio is horrible, we paid less than this in more touristic places (30km from there) to have a really good breakfast included. We only met the owner the morning before our depart. The place is listed as “Agriturismo” showing it has the capability of eating there, none of which was even proposed to us (in July it’s hard to think to it as a low-season time). To side, the lock of our room was close to being broken and the ceiling is quite low (caution with your head!).

If the proprietor didn't pick us up at the train station in Sulmona, it would be very difficult to get there.

Wifi not given There is clearly a restaurant, but it was closed, and no breakfast items to be had. No roaring fire, not cosy seating area, not bar to enjoy a drink. Had to seek out owner to get a coffee, which was good, but then sat in dark dining room without lighting. Indoor common areas accessible - but all light were turned off Garden grass was brown dirt - not nice green lawns like photos Outdoor seating not set up The only charging point was 1 plug in the bathroom next to the sink - had to charge devices here as well as use kettle here - perched on the edge of the sink. TV was as small as a computer desk monitor, and positioned on top of a wardrobe 2 metres high This place is good enough if you just want a basic room to sleep and shower, enjoy the great outdoors and come back to crash for the night. Don't expect anything more. Felt like this was really end of season. We were the only guests. We booked 2 nights, but left after 1 night. It was rainy and the prospect of staying in a dark attic room with no views, and not be offered to enjoy the common areas for another day was too much to bear. The owner kindly refunded us the 2nd night. This was a last minute booking, and I hope the owner - though friendly enough - was clearly not expecting more guests. It was a bit strange. We were disappointed, but hope we just came at the wrong time.

A beautiful property and wonderful hosts. The property is a 5 minute walk to the main piazza of Cansano. A highly recommended stay.
