Quizá falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones en los meses de verano. Habia ventilador.

Lucia the hostess is a very kind and friendly person always with a smile. Her b&b is very charming right out of Montepulciano with a beautiful view to the Tuscany fields. She is preparing every morning a extensive breakfast for her guests. We where happy with our stay in her b&b for 6 nights.

The room is a bit small and very warm when the temperatures are above 30 grades. An airco would be a plus. For the rest we where very satisfyed.

Un angolo di paradiso, grazie a Lucia per averci ospitato.

This stay was one of our favourites from a two weeks holiday in Italy! Lucia was amazing host, the house is full of small details that show true care and wish to make the house feel warm and welcoming. The breakfast is organised per rooms do each room gets its own portions (yogurt, juice, ham and cheese), and also some food to share (e.g. eggs, tomatoes, fruit). It is very clean and you also get toiletries and coffee and tea for the room. Each room also has its outdoor sunbeds and table with chairs, where we enjoyed some wine and platter. The big plus for us was the fridge, it is shared, but big and plenty of space to put your food. Our favourite part about this accomodation was also un gatto that comes to visit around house (but does not bother), that made us feel even more as if we were in our own home. Also, the distance to the centro storico is such a close proximity that we went there by foot. Later for the dinner we went with car and parked at the city centre enterance for two euros.

Excellent position and look

Ein wundervoller Ort! Hier kann man sich erholen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, die Zimmer sind toll,alles ist sauber und Lucia eine tolle Gastgeberin.Besonders gut hat mir der kleine Garten am Zimmer gefallen und das Frühstück war auch gut.In den Ort sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 min bergauf. Hier lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten.
