This is a place where you come as a customer and leave as a family friend. Simonetta, Giovanni and Maria Giovanna create unique atmosphere, embrace you and share all the local tips. We had amazing time, location is perfect for both dolce far niente and for Chianti area sightseeing. Florence and Sienna are within 1h drive. Olive oil and wine tasting class are absolutely worth it. The same with Italian dinner. We had wonderful evenings with other guests and the hosts (food was simple but soooo tasty). If you are looking for a place where you can relax within quiet Tuscan hills, have a glass in the evening watching sunset but have short drive options to explore the region that is your place. Last but not least - internet connection is provided via Starlink = you can easily work from the house.

Don't get scared by the road up the hill. When you are at the top it will be worth it.

Sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Simonetta hat uns sehr viele tolle Tipps gegeben und unseren Aufenthalt damit rund um vervollständigt. Alle Ziele in der Chanti-Region konnten wir gut erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Stück Paradies sehr genossen.

Es ist eine historische Unterkunft, die dennoch sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Man ist mitten in der Natur, weit weg vom Alltag und kann die Ruhe genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tout était parfait. Simonetta et Giovanni sont aux petits soins pour conseiller écouter et dépanner. Vous bénéficiez d'une vue et d'un cadre rural au calme. L'étang est un vrai plus.

Our stay in Agriturismo Podere Tegline was absolutely magical - the room was amazing, clean, well equipped and beautiful. We especially appreciate Simonetta and Giovani, who always offered their suggestions as to where to go, what to see, where to eat or park. They were always helpful and open for a little chat. They know a lot about the region and are willingly sharing this knowledge with guests. The area around the house is huge and incredibly beautiful - the lake and wineyards were seen from our windows. The cooking class with Simonetta is absolutely worth it's price! This place is magical and we recommend it to everybody who wants to have a taste of real Italy - not only the most touristic places.

We had a fantastic stay at Simonetta and Giovanni's farm stay in Radda in Chianti. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and well equipped. Each apartment had it's own private outdoor space which was great for breakfast, lunch and in the evenings. Very Good Wifi. Simonetta and Giovanni were great hosts, providing us with loads of information about things to see and do in the local area and always a friendly smile and a nice chat, even provided us with some home produce. Our daughter loved feeding the goats and playing with the cat and the lake was a welcome refresh for the hot days. Their wine is very good, which you can buy on site. Great stay and lovely people!

Was für ein herrlicher Ort. Hier zu sein ist mehr, als einfach ein Urlaubsquartier zu bewohnen. Es ist ein Ort der Lebensfreude und der Entspannung. Ein Ort, an dem man auf fröhliche, herzliche und sich stets kümmernde Gastgeber trifft. Simonetta versorgte uns auf fantastische Weise mit wunderbaren Tipps für Ausflüge, Märkte, Erlebnisse und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Und mit wunderbarem selbstgebackenem Kuchen! Giovanni führte uns großartig durch die Weine und das Olivenöl des Hofes. Das Tasting war ein Erlebnis für sich. Und er berichtete auch sonst sehr anschaulich von der Gegend, der Tradition und dem Anbau vom Wein und Oliven. Der Pizzaabend mit allen Gästen und der ganzen Familie der Gastgeber war legendär, und der Pastaabend nicht minder. Unser 18jähriger Sohn half stundenlang mit dabei und schwärmt noch immer vom gemeinsamen Kochen, Backen und den endlos-fröhlichen Gesprächen auf Englisch, besonders mit Simonetta und ihrer Tochter. Der Hof ist ein Ort zum Bleiben und chillen, zum Baden und Lesen, zum Schauen, Hören und Schmecken. Und zugleich ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden des Chianti-Gebirges und der Toskana. Alles etwas wild, wunderbar natürlich und alles so sehr lebendig, dass es uns schwer fiel, wieder zu fahren. Es ist die Herzlichkeit und Nähe, die Dich viel mehr erleben lässt, als ein einfaches Urlaubsquartier. Du triffst hier auf fröhliche, zugewandte Menschen, deren Lebenslust ansteckend ist.

Das Haus liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Straße entfernt. Die Zufahrt ist am besten mit einem SUV, bzw. höher gelegten Fahrzeug zu bewältigen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wie fast im gesamten Chiantigebiet. Das Haus ist gut 500 Jahre alt, das Mobiliar ist gefühlt aus der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts, von zwei Kochplatten funktionierte eine, mit den WC-Spülungen muss man Geduld aufbringen. Die angebotene Weinprobe war sehr interessant, die italienisch/englisch sprechenden Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und gaben gute Tipps.

Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed everything – the view, the calmness of the surroundings, the wine, and especially the host family. I have never experienced such a friendly and warm approach, with so many thoughtful touches – like a homemade apple pie. Everything was wonderful – we had a fully equipped kitchen, even with olive oil and wine as a gift. The house was very beautiful, of high historic value, and unique and authentic for the Tuscany region. Very cozy interior with lots of beautiful little details making it a home. The hosts were extremely helpful in planning our trips and gave us lots and lots of very local and genuine tips. We almost felt like part of the family – which is a truly precious experience of a lifetime. We would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Radda. The apartment is just beautiful, everything is super clean and the design is very cozy. It was even more beautiful than we expected. The apartment is located in a vineyard so you can enjoy the beautiful nature. It’s perfect for exploring the Chianti area with its beautiful small villages. The apartment has a small private garden with a lovely view over the lake. Simonettas hospitality is truely one of a kind. She had great recommendations for exploring the beautiful Chianti area. We hope to come back to this magical place soon. Simonetta really made it feel like a home away from home!
