Agriturismo Sa Mendhula

I cannot speak of this place highly enough! Despite arriving late in the evening, we were welcomed warmly, and accompanied to our home on the agritourismo. Our room was a junior suite with a little private garden behind charming stone walls that had a hammock and a seating area. From this garden we could oversee a beautiful natural meadow, with a peacefully grazing donkey, and goats. Our room was very clean, and decorated in a rustique but friendly and bright way, featuring terracotta tiles, braised wood, and white walls. We also had a little cooking area - perfect for a longer stay with two, although we could sadly only stay for one night. Our special highlight was also the breakfast, which was home-made, beautifully presented, and featured a broad selection of sweet and savoury things, as well as cereal and nut butters. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning listening to birdsong, overlooking the meadows and the sea with the rising sun. It was absolutely perfect, and we would have wished to stay longer!

Nous voyagions avec un bébé et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le soin et les petits gestes prévus pour faciliter notre séjour. Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel très agréable. Beautiful, peaceful location. Superb breakfast served from a stunning terrace overlooking the picturesque Costa Smeralda. Our host, Valentina was very accommodating and also very knowledgeable about Sardinian history. Talk to her about giants! The kitchen staff and cleaners deserve a mention too as they clearly all worked very hard to make our stay as pleasant as it was. We will be returning to Sardinia as soon as possible and we would very much like to stay here again! Thank you, Valentina!
