ENCANTADOS! Que lugar extraordinário… desde o check in, café da manhã, transporte até o quarto, até a despedida, amamos tudo! O lugar é realmente excepcional, uma das melhores vistas que tivemos da Toscana! Usufruímos de todas as instalações: da piscina, do wine bar, do sobrado para ver o pôr do sol… simplesmente tudo maravilhoso!

Único detalhe é que esperávamos mais da comida do restaurante, comparando com o resto dos restaurantes na Toscana, mas saímos satisfeitos com o serviço. Sugerimos que pudesse ter algum mini mercado dentro do complexo com chocolates ou outros produtos tipo « snack » para atender os hóspedes, já que é mais distante o acesso aos mercados.

מ ו ש ל ם ! הכל!!!! המקום פשוט מהמם מעבר למה שאפשר להסביר, הצוות מדהים נחמד וכלכך מסביר פנים, היין מעולה, החדר היה סבבה, פשוט לא רצינו לצאת משם ובטח שלא לעזוב, זה באמת באמת גן עדן!! מומלץ בחום!!!!

The reception staff cannot do enough for you. They were so lovely and accommodating! The room was exceptional and the location is like a dream.

The restaurant in the evening is overpriced and limited. The service is so slow. We left hungry after 2 hours.

The accommodations were fantastic, comfortable beds, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and antique furniture. Pool was wonderful, a great way to end the day and refresh after so much walking or bike-riding. Views breath-taking. Truly a magical spot. Quiet. Relaxing. Breakfast was buffet style. Selection was very good; yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, baked goods, bread, jams, honey, cheese, charcuterie. Gourmet coffee. Outdoor terrace or inside restaurant if it rained. Staff were friendly and warm.

Dinner at the Osteria was disappointing. The food was good, not excellent. Considering that we were in the heart of Tuscany, I had hoped for more exquisite food. There are only 2 restaurants in the area that are walking distance, and both were just ok.
