Tutto....il casolare nn era facilmente raggiungibile ma soprattutto poca pulizia sia all esterno che all interno ....il gestore gentile si ...ma forse nn è più al posto giusto. Per un problema nostro siamo dovuti partire prima della colazione e quindi nn possiamo valutare. Nn consigliato.

Luogo molto tranquillo. Camere ben separate l’una dall’altra.

Le personnel est gentil et plutôt accueillant. Étant français nous avons eu la barrière de la langue mais pour des italophones pas de problèmes.

Un peu rustique, spartiate.

La casa e la posizione

Ho dato un qualcosa in meno solo per la posizione poiché viaggiavo in bicicletta. In campagna fuori dal paese se sei in auto va benissimo, altrimenti devi farti circa 700 mt a piedi (e in salita) per tornare alle porte di Todi. Proprietario gentile e cordiale.

We showed up for the booking, and they were confused about us being there. No one was watching their bookings. The father and son each have a place. We booked with the son (per the picture) but were put in the father's place due to the confusion and inability to contact the son. It was a different setup. We had to ask for the heat to be put on, and sometime during the night, it was turned off. There was a bathroom in the room, but it was a closet that, if you take a shower, the entire room (toilet and sink) is also part of the shower. While this presents challenges using the toilet after someone takes a shower since EVERYTHING is wet, this was not an issue during our stay as there was no hot water at the sink or the shower. The whole room was not very clean.

Everything about it: WOuld not recommend staying here.
