Quinta Vale Vitis

The location is beautiful located in the mountains in a very quiet environment. Breakfast in general was good and the food was good quality. Free parking on the property is also a bonus point. The houses were the rooms are located in have a shared fridge and microwave.

The staff was very unfriendly: No greeting at all, Check-in was done without any words saying (just made a copy of our ID and that was it), when asking a question staff interrupted immediatly and saing "no" without even listening to the question. Room service was very superficial, no cleaning of the surfaces or the floor. Gym and pool were often closed and just opened after asking for it. No restaurant or bar service provided on the property although it was listed on their homepage and in their service catalog on the room.

The cleaning was quite mediocre, and the laundry was not changed.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb im Tal von Sao Vicente umgeben von Bergen und mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls gepflegt. Alles wirkt modern gestaltet, behält aber trotzdem seinen eigenen Charme. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wirkt frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Minden csodas volt. Tiszta, modern. Kedves szemelyzet. A szobakhoz tartozik kozossegi helyiseg kiskonyhaval. Szauna, medence, igeny szerint masszazs. Boseges es valtozatos reggeli.

Die Hotelanlage hat einen atemberaubenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und top ausgestattet. Beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick ein toller Start in den Tag. Ein Highlight ist definitiv die Sauna und der Außenpool, welcher auch zur Winterzeit genutzt werden kann. Ein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Art findet man selten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
