"Exceptional"

I truly loved everything, starting with the Staff, the way we were greeted and then the given room was simply spectacular.. Spacious, rustic style, clean and super cosy. The restaurant, the food and the family atmosphere that is felt in the hotel between the owners and staff is just beautiful.. you truly feel welcomed.

Being honest, nothing comes up to my mind.. Maybe The Location, but it can be a huge plus or a minus, depends on what you want.

Lovey please and nice breakfast 🥰 i will come back, there are easy to drive seats side our Florence our Licca and etc.

So near big route, care driving noise. Then you waiting forest noise and be more country vibe then this not for you, but then you wanted make little stop and enjoy super good breakfast and good bed. And for you are important clean place, then this is for you 🥰

"Great house and hospitality"

The house is amazing, super clean and very comfortable. Linda is a very kind and generous host. The breakfast was delicious too and abundant. We want to come back in another season for more days and with better weather conditions to relax in the garden and the swimming pool.

Not only was the breakfast fantastic the facilities were - ie help your to coffee , biscuits and wine . Staff very helpful, recommending places to go to eat and dishes to try .

This is a very special place - beautifully cared for and loved. Outside areas were perfect and swimming pool a very welcome addition. Loved the relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was excellent and so great to sit outside and enjoy the gardens

Beautiful property in a delightful setting. Linda is a perfect host. Our stay here was very relaxing and Linda recommended some nearby walks. The breakfast was also superb. We would definitely come back to this property.

You need to be careful about the changes in levels (steps up and down) in the room. The air conditioning worked but it may need the filter cleaned.
