Nous avons passé deux excellentes nuits chez Antonio et sa femme ! Ils sont vraiment adorables, très accueillants et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse décorée avec goût dans un village typique du nord du Portugal. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, parfait pour bien démarrer la journée. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Private room in an old couple’s house. Very warm and welcoming and cooked an excellent breakfast spread each morning. The location is not a far drive from many of the vineyards and sites that were on our list for the Douro Valley.

The accommodation is in 300 year old renovated structure, with an exceptional bathroom and comfortable beds with a very nice breakfast served family style with other guests. The owners were very accommodating & helpful with needs.

Grab bars in the tub would be helpful for safety.

Antonio, his wife and staff were extremely delightful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Antonio was very helpful in arranging the boat tour and luncheon/wine tour for us. He even rearranged the boat tour to allow us the ability to attend Mass. He walked us to the Church. Staying in their home is an honor and we definitely would stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful. I would suggest trying to arrive during the daytime. Just a little challenging to find at night but we did it and António was gracious to come out to the street to direct us. We were right in front of the Casa but didn’t realize it.
