"Excellent for beautiful authentic Italian country house but restaurant only open at weekends"

Location, building, grounds all beautiful. Food & service in restaurant excellent.

Limited staff (sometimes no-one there) so if wanted anything (we needed drinking water early one morning & could not get any as no staff or vending machines etc).

"Stefania our hostess and owner of Villa was exceptional. The natural pool was a bonus."

"Perfect for our needs."

Lovely breakfast, Stefania was charming and helpful. The central square of Servigliano was a short walk away with bars and restaurants but we did have dinner at the hotel one evening which was delicious. We stayed prior to our daughter’s wedding in the area and it was perfect with a beautiful pool area, everything was immaculately maintained. Thank you Stefania.

"Lovely setting, beautiful room, good linen and toiletries."

On arrival needed something quick to eat. Delicious ham and bread arrived. Lovely breakfast. I like a particular coffee and the host went to extra effort to make it and it was perfect. Friendly helpful staff.
