Stunning building and grounds in an amazing location.

Not great communication when checked in on how the meals work, timing and costs unknown. No one around if wanting a coffee or alcoholic drink during day.

The grounds are spectacular. The staff was helpful and friendly, beautiful pool area, fantastic breakfasts.

Although I loved a set menu for the surprise, I do think that a bit more variety is required; for example change the antipasto from one day to the next. Also our secondo the second day was not the best.

Joli piscine. Etablissement loin de Montepulciano. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas réellement. Le prêt de serviette de piscine serait un plus

La climatisation

Agriturismo frutto di una bella e curata ristrutturazione immerso tra le colline di Orvieto. Piscina situata a pochi metri dalla struttura principale con lettini e poltrone a disposizione. Bellissima la corte centrale con pavimentazione in pietra con tavoli (colazione e cena servite lì) e salottini per il relax. La nostra camera molto fresca e spaziosa.

Scomoda la doccia in vasca da bagno. I servizi in genere potrebbero essere migliorati per raggiungere lo stesso livello della location e del panorama

Such a beautiful spot! Breathtaking sunset views from the terrace where we ended up having a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. A peaceful breakfast took place on the same terrace — not super wide selection of food but everything was tasty. Really good pool with sunbeds. Surrounded by their own winery. The host was warm and extremely welcoming + we loved their huge, kid-friendly dog ❤️ would highly recommend this small hidden gem!

the only downsides were that at first our aircon wasn’t working and the room was super hot, but they fixed it immediately after I went down to the lobby to ask for help. 😊
