Tourist Farm Šenkova Domačija

The rooms have been renovated a few years ago and have lovely wood features throughout. Breakfast was included and was very nicely arranged for each table. It was a good location for driving up and walking in the alps and also you can do a nice walk right from the hotel.

The rooms have no real views of the amazing mountains which are right nearby and were very small and quite dark, e.g the only place to hang your clothes was two coat hangers on a hook. I think we were a little disappointed because we came from staying in the Logar Valley at Hisa Ojstrica where we had a lovely huge room with the most amazing mountain views for significantly less cost.

Like most guests I thought this was an exceptional lodging in every way. Friendly, competent staff, great breakfasts, and a nice location off the beaten tourist path in the mountains of Slovenia. And only about a 40 minute beautiful drive from the airport where I picked up my rental car.

Not a thing

It's really hard to find a setup more beautiful than this farm has. Words are too few to describe this fantastic place. Since we liked our stay so much we booked another one.

The location was incredible- the view awesome.

I would have to be very picky to complain.

Tourist Farm Šenkova Domačija is an exceptional stay, the highlight of our road trip through Slovenia! The location is superb, surrounded by mountains. Don't skip on eating dinner at the farm, it is home made and you'll be rewarded with the most amazing view. The possibilities on site are endless, there is something for all ages. And not to forget on mentioning the super nice and charming staff as well!

Everything. Gorgeous location and views of the mountains. Beautiful facilities. A true working farm. Great hikes starting out the door. Excellent staff and breakfast. Optional dinner was exceptional.
