Quinta da Eira do Sol

A Quinta é excelente, com instalações confortáveis e bom gosto decorativo. O espaço externo era muito agradável, bonito e bem cuidado. A equipa do local foi muito atenciosa em todos os momentos, o que nos deixou bastante satisfeitos.

El acceso a la finca no está acorde con el establecimiento a pesar de las obras existentes en la actualidad.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa al igual que el baño. Estaba todo cuidado y limpio. El desayuno nos gustó y la atención muy buena, muy amables todas las trabajadoras, desde la recepcionista a las que nos atendieron en el desayuno. La finca es impresionante.

Acceso en obras, bastante mal, y no avisaron. En el baño no hay ni zapatillas, ni albornoz, ni artículos de aseo. Hay un jabón pequeño de manos y un bote en la ducha que lo mismo vale como champú y como gel, vamos, que para ser el sitio que es me pareció de lo más cutre. Y las cortinas muy mal porque no tapan la luz, con lo que desde que amaneció no pegamos ojo. Y en la piscina muy pocas tumbonas. Éramos 3 y sólo encontramos una libre. Había dos parejas y un matrimonio con dos niños...o sea que éramos 11 personas...

The location and the nature of the property is very beautiful. The grounds are well taken care of.

Room accommodation was bad. We were a family of 5 and our rooms were far away from each other. Upon request to have rooms closer to each other we were declined, even though the hotel was empty and we were the only guests. The mezzanine room has a large bed and a sofa that would not accommodate a grownup, so I wouldn’t call that a room for 3. Breakfast was abysmal, each person got a piece of bread, croissant and butter. It feels like all the food was counted to the exact number of guests. The property does not offer eggs at all and tea is provided only upon request. If you want toasts, get ready to prepare it yourself in the common kitchen. At this level would be better to say the breakfast is not included at all than offer this kind of service. Although the hotel grounds and views are gorgeous, we would not go back due to the quality of the service provided.
