ITPosition between Firenze (40min) and the shopping center "the Mall" 30 min. The view is very relaxing.
The check in: seems like we were disturbing them, and they were not very welcoming.The room was cold, and when I've asked to put the heaters at 21degrees the receptionist she was not very happy. I also assume that during the summer it must be terrible because there's no a/c Wich will force you to open the windows (without mosquito protection), and be eaten from italian tiger mosquito = (lack of attention to customer needs). Restroom old 90's style. Breakfast is not satisfying: all products (milk, juice, jams...) from the cheapest local brand and the fresh Cornetti Thay bring morning time are all with apricot jam. Again here a lack of customers service, showing us we just a cow to milk with cheap food, and thay don't mind what we might like.. Beautiful sorroundings and the receptionist (in rush) she didn't spend a minute to suggest us activity to do, even suggesting us to go around the property with our kids, nothing. "This is the key, this is the tax to pay, this is the room". Definitely next time I would go somewhere else.
